This year we have implemented Coaching Cycles for our staff to engage in in-depth conversations about technology to increase student learning. While all staff will go through a cycle at some point over the next two years, many have volunteered for the opportunity, eager to get moving on a project of their choosing. From hyperdocs to student-paced Pear Deck, these projects have increased engagement for students and teachers and have contributed to increased student learning. This project has been led by our Technology Integration Specialist, Lindsay Fritz, and have been an invaluable resource!
